The quote tool

The quote tool collects gender, date of birth, self-reported health level, tobacco use status, how much coverage, and desired term. This information goes to a quoting engine managed by the carriers' platform to return pricing, and is not retained by this domain. You don't have to enter a name, address, phone or email to get quotes. If you submit identical requests multiple times, they may come from a brief cache rather than going to the quoting service again.

Applying

When you proceed to apply, the data you provided is transferred to prefill a secure application run by the carriers' platform. From that point you operate under their privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129) is the licensed California insurance agency processing your application.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred way to be contacted, reason for contact and the text of your message. It travels to the agency by email using your email as the reply address. No copy is stored here, no database accumulates submissions, and message content is not logged. A lightweight anti-abuse check runs client-side before transmission.

Measurement

This website measures page activity using a cookieless, first-party system delivered from this domain. Cookies and device identifiers are never created; the final two digits of your IP are removed before any storage; the referring page query string is stripped; raw logs expire after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers are excluded entirely.

What we do not do

This site doesn't engage in data sales or sharing, run behavioral ads, or employ third-party analytics. The only outside code is the carrier application platform, which loads only if you navigate to the application page.
