Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?

No. To get quotes, you only need gender, birth date, health level in your own words, whether you use tobacco, coverage amount and the term you want. Six data points, nothing more. Your name, address and detailed health information come in only when you decide to apply.

Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?

The rates you see are what each company quotes for the health category you selected. Final premiums come after the carrier completes underwriting, which might confirm your class, move you to a better class, or adjust it—nothing here guarantees or locks in any price.

What happens when I click Apply?

Once you pick a carrier and rate, the application loads on the carrier's secure platform, pre-filled with what you told us. You can take breaks, come back, and sign digitally whenever you want. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129), a licensed California agency, runs the process.

Will I need a medical exam?

It depends on the carrier, your coverage level, and your health answers. Many companies now skip exams for eligible applicants through fast-track underwriting. Every quote on this page tells you whether an exam is required, might be needed, or definitely won't be required.

Is a longer term better?

A term should run as long as your financial dependents would hurt from losing your income: paying the house, supporting kids, or managing a business obligation. Longer terms cost more monthly but lock your price longer. This tool lets you compare 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30-year options directly.

Does this site sell my information?

No. The quote process doesn't ask for contact info. This site doesn't market visitor information to third parties, our traffic measurement doesn't use cookies, and we don't track behavior. Check the privacy page for the full breakdown of what data we handle and who touches it.
